ISP Issues |
Change your primary and secondary DNS server addresses. Using the DNS settings from your ISP is usually not a good idea.
Change the DNS entries on your router. If that is not possible, then you need to change them on each mining box.
- Recommended: 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare), 9.9.9.9/149.112.112.112 (Quad9), 208.67.222.222/208.67.220.220 (OpenDNS) and many more.
After any change to your DNS settings make sure you flush the DNS cache on all mining boxes because:
- Proxied DNS records have a TTL of 300 (5 minutes) and unproxied DNS records can have a TTL of up to 86400 (24 hours).
